As a fresh, new estate agent to the market, we are running an introductory fee of just 0.5% to the first ten houses who sign up with Your Place! And as a start-up, we don’t charge VAT.

After our initial welcome offer for those lucky ten, our standard charge will be 0.75% – still significantly less than most major estate agents who charge at least 1.0% plus VAT.
