• We cover all of central Bristol – currently this includes any postcode starting BS1 to BS11. However, we encourage all homeowners to get in touch as we can consider this on a case-by-case basis.

  • We sell all kinds of properties – houses or flats, modern or Victorian! Having lived in (and renovated) a wide range of styles of houses, Kristen and the team are well-versed in a variety of properties and their unique specifications.

  • As a fresh new estate agent to the market, we are running an introductory fee of just 0.5% to the first ten houses who sign up with Your Place! And as a start-up, we don’t charge VAT.

    After our initial welcome offer for those lucky ten, our standard charge will be 0.75% – still significantly less than most major estate agents who charge at least 1.0% plus VAT.

    We also operate a rolling month contract, so if you’re not happy with our service (we’re confided you will be!) you’re not locked in.

    Fees are paid on completion with no cost upfront.

  • The easiest way to get this booked in is to give us a call or drop us an email. Kristen and the team are super proactive and will get this booked in for you at your earliest convenience. We can book in your appointment during the evening or over the weekend, if that works better with your schedule.

  • It’s often said that selling your home can be one of life’s most stressful experiences – and we’re here to help ease the process! Kristen is an experienced ‘property flipper’ and can advise and explain any queries you have at all stages of your sale. She will be on hand to manage your case and push the sale over the line – all the way from getting your offer accepted to cracking open the fizz on completion day!

  • It’s an exciting time, but can be daunting! As with our house sales, Kristen and the team are on hand to help – working with the seller to get an offer agreed, right through to managing your file to get you settled into your new home as soon as possible.

  • We can’t stress the importance enough of that first impression. From having your photo shoot, right through to actual house viewings – it’s crucial to show your home in its best light. Open the curtains, bake some bread, hide the clutter and bring the outdoors in with some fresh flowers – all little things to help a prospective buyer see your house as their home!

    Sounds daunting? Don’t worry. Ahead of your shoot, Kristen will visit the property and advise on how to dress the house, and offer tips to give it that ‘wow’ factor.

  • We will list your house on our own website and showcase on our social media channels, but also on the property giants RightMove and Zoopla for maximum exposure. We also provide you with a selling board outside the property for maximum visibility.
